What to expect
Sample review
For suitable projects, we can produce a sample or pilot run so your team can review appearance, fit, and key requirements. Any sample charge, credit, or waiver will be stated in the formal quote.
Payment and agreements
Payment terms for samples, small orders, production runs, and staged projects are defined in the formal quote. A deposit may be required to reserve production capacity, with release or shipping terms confirmed in writing.
Confidentiality
Customer files are stored through non-public links and used only for evaluation and production. An NDA is a separate written agreement, not an automatic website term.
Scope
Parts are supplied in as-printed condition unless the formal quote states otherwise. Design, engineering, post-processing, support removal, assembly, and certification are separate or excluded services.
